Weโ€™re Hiring! Development & Partnerships Executive ๐Ÿ“ Klang Valley | ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ start on June 2026 ๐Ÿ’ผ 1-year contract (renewable) ๐Ÿ’ฐ Range: Junior or Executive level (up to RM4,500/month) Women of Will (WOW) empowers underserved women in Malaysia through entrepreneurship, training, and community development, working closely with corporates, funders, and partners. What Youโ€™ll Do: 1. Support fundraising, proposals & funding pipeline tracking 2. Build and manage partnerships & stakeholder coordination 3. Organize meetings, presentations & partnership deliverables 4. Align internal programmes with funding & partner expectations 5. Prepare reports, project data & documentation 6. Support impact tracking & SDG reporting 7. Participate in on-ground activities Requirements: 1. Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Business, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field 2. 2-3 years experience in fundraising, partnerships, CSR or NGO sector. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply (Junior Level). 3. Strong writing, communication & stakeholder management skills 4. Highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines 5. Passion for social impact and community development 6. Responsibilities

What You'll Do:Identify funders and support grant proposals, applications & funding pipeline trackingBuild and manage partnerships, ensuring smooth coordination and communicationOrganize meetings, presentations and follow up on partnership deliverablesCollaborate with internal teams to align funding needs with programme deliveryPrepare reports and compile project data (outputs, outcomes financialsSupport impact tracking, SDG reporting and maintain proper documentationParticipate in on-ground activities and partner engagementsThis role is execution-focused, requires strong communication and coordination skills, and involves continuous engagement with partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field2-3 years experience in fundraising, partnerships, CSR, or NGO sector.Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply (Junior Level).Strong writing skills (proposal writing & reporting)Good communication and stakeholder management skillsHighly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlinesPassion for social impact and community developmentBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva)
