Founded in August 2022, ECHO is new to the mental health industry. ECHO focuses on providing Mental Health First Aid to people who have mental health issues or people who know someone who has. Mental Health First Aid is a program that teaches people to identify, understand and respond to people in mental health crises. Through this program, we can teach people the tools to manage their own and others' mental health. Thus creating a community that is supportive, resilient and caring.
