Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Planning & Management:Develop and manage project plans and timelines, ensuring alignment with programme strategy and donor requirements.Lead project implementation, ensuring timely completion of activities within budget and to high-quality standards.Manage and mentor project officers, providing support and guidance for effective delivery of responsibilities.Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project participants, partners, and community organisations.Utilise project management tools to track progress, communicate effectively with team members, and coordinate meetings.Conduct project evaluations and assessments, identifying opportunities for improvement and best practices.
