The MEL Associate will be part of PEMIMPIN's Operations team, focusing on data management, analysis, and reporting to enhance program impact and organizational decision-making. This role involves setting up data collection processes, analyzing data, and supporting learning opportunities to improve effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage data management workflowsAnalyze and interpret data to inform decisionsCreate visual reports like dashboards and infographicsStandardize data reporting formatsConduct research on Malaysia's education landscapeFacilitate knowledge-sharing within the teamEnsure proper documentation and data storageAssist with various operational tasks as directed by leadership
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any fieldAt least 2 years of relevant experienceStrong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)Proficiency in Google WorkspaceExcellent communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and EnglishAbility to conduct research and synthesize findingsExperience in non-profit or social sectors (preferred)
