Responsibilities

Job Description:Assist team in strategizing, planning and implementing community projects within outlined scope, budget and timeline;Lead operation of the GivingHub platform (www.givinghub.asia)Monitor project progress, address potential issues, and report the project progress to the management;Supervise and manage the team in the creation and delivery of communication materials;Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and report;Attend, contribute, and take minutes at weekly team meetings, and perform and assist on ad hoc tasks when requiredLead the project management team, and guide them to achieve project objectives.Support communications and outreach team, in preparing communications collateral.

Requirements

Good command of English, Bahasa Melayu and/or any other additional language.Knowledge and skill set in coordinating, developing, planning, and executing projects for social impact.Good problem-solving, organizational, and communication [Written & Verbal] skills.Ability to interpret and present information and/or data related to the projects.Interest and passion in Project Management.Interest and passion in Fundraising and Volunteerism.Deliver effective and engaging presentations to a variety of audiences - Presentation SkillsConsistently approaches work with a positive, constructive attitude, an eye for detail, and seeking to improve processesAt least 2 years of experience in a project management role.Optional - Having editing and design skills is a plus point.
