Coordinate EPIC Challenge Level 1 and Level 2 community-driven projects under the XChange Marketplace, repurposing surplus building materials for indigenous communities. Oversee project implementation, cross-department coordination, small grants management, documentation, and stakeholder support.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage EPIC Challenge Level 1 & 2 projectsOversee construction, repair, or extension of homes using XCM materialsCoordinate community infrastructure projectsMonitor progress, milestones, and risksSupport Community BuddiesCoordinate materials, training, logistics with internal departmentsCollaborate with consultants and contractorsManage disbursement and tracking of Level 2 small grantsTrack outcomes, documentation, compliancePrepare reports and presentationsCoordinate logistics for site visits, training sessions, and eventsGather feedback for improvementIdentify and escalate risksOther duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Project Management, Community Development, Supply Chain, Sustainability, or related field2–4 years project coordination, grant management, or community development experienceExperience with indigenous or rural communities (advantage)Proficient in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, digital project toolsStrong interpersonal and written communication skillsExcellent coordination, documentation, and time managementProactive problem-solving and adaptabilityPassionate about sustainability, community empowerment, social impact
